They are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to spearhead their London division, overseeing all commercial aspects of their prestigious projects.
Role Overview
The Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of London-based projects, ensuring profitability, contractual compliance, and delivery excellence. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can oversee multiple high-value developments, manage risk, and provide guidance to project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Oversight
- Lead the commercial management of multiple high-value residential projects, ensuring financial performance and risk management.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
- Oversee contract administration, procurement, and tendering processes.
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities, providing strategic guidance to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet commercial and operational objectives.
- Advise the executive team on project viability, commercial strategy, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Implement robust commercial reporting and processes across all London projects.
- Analyse project data to inform forecasting, pipeline planning, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Drive efficiencies and best practices within the commercial function.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in luxury or super-prime residential developments, ideally including single-dwelling projects.
- Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Deep knowledge of UK construction contracts, procurement, and tendering.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, MRICS, or equivalent) preferred.
