Commercial Partnerships Manager
Location: Hybrid with occasional site days in Thanet, Kent
Salary: £33k-£34k DOE per annum
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Partnerships Manager to lead and grow exhibition and sponsorship programmes across a portfolio of high-profile events. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, securing new business, and delivering exceptional partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage sponsorship and exhibition programmes from sale through to delivery
- Build, maintain and grow relationships with exhibitors and sponsors
- Identify and secure new sponsorship and exhibition opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines and revenue reporting
- Negotiate partnership agreements alongside senior stakeholders
- Coordinate sponsor communications, applications and deliverables
- Support invoicing and commercial administration processes
- Manage exhibitor logistics including stand allocations and onsite support
- Update event websites, sponsorship content and partner materials
- Manage exhibitor and sponsor information within event platforms and apps
- Produce reports, feedback analysis and ROI insights
- Attend events and act as the key contact for exhibitors and sponsors
About You
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, exhibitions or event account management
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft 365 and event platforms
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
