Daniel Owen are recruiting for a Commercial Plumber to join a prestigious higher education campus in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position within a well-established maintenance team on a static site.

• £34,500 basic salary
• Guaranteed £200 per week on-call allowance, whether you're called out or not
• Guaranteed annual earnings of £44,900
• Overtime and call-outs paid at 1.5x rate
• 7-hour working day
• Static site with no travelling between locations
• Temp-to-perm opportunity

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding
• Maintenance of hot and cold-water systems
• Pipework repairs and installations
• Maintenance of pumps, valves and sanitaryware
• Supporting wider building maintenance activities
• Working safely and in line with site procedures
• Participation in the on-call rota

• NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or equivalent
• Commercial maintenance experience
• Knowledge of water systems, pipework, pumps and sanitaryware
• Experience carrying out PPM and reactive works
• Strong fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
