CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Commercial Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance in and around London & the M25. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing in facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Basic Salary of up to £50,000
- Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
- Callout 1 in 5 - Standby £100 P/W
- Full company uniform
- PDA and Mobile phone
- Pension
- Carry out commercial pipework installation, maintenance and repairs.
- Undertake press-fit pipework and soldering.
- Remove and replace calorifiers and water heaters.
- Maintain, repair and replace pumps.
- Maintain and service pressurisation units.
- Carry out fault-finding and repairs on commercial water systems.
- Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
- Domestic or Commercial Gas tickets (Advantageous but not needed)
- Full driver’s licence
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Good communication skills
