💷 Salary: Up to £40,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card

We're working with a leading Facilities Management company to recruit an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join their growing mobile team covering Edinburgh and the East of Scotland.

The Role

As a Mobile Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and minor installation works across a range of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing repairs.
• Diagnose and repair faults on commercial plumbing systems.
• Undertake minor installation and remedial works.
• Maintain hot and cold water systems.
• Complete pipework repairs and replacements.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance call-outs.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current health and safety legislation.
• Complete job sheets and compliance paperwork accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service while building strong client relationships.

About You

• NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• Previous experience within a commercial maintenance environment.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience carrying out both PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
