Location: Various commercial sites

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience (in line with JIB guidelines)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

Overtime: Regular overtime available

On-call: 1 in 4 rota

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join its growing team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a varied workload across a range of commercial sites, alongside regular overtime to enhance your earnings.

The role will involve the installation, maintenance, servicing and repair of commercial plumbing and heating systems. Some sites also include domestic boiler systems, so applicants must be qualified and confident working across both commercial and domestic plumbing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install commercial plumbing and heating systems across a variety of sites.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair work.

• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.

• Service plumbing and heating equipment to ensure reliable operation.

• Participate in a 1 in 4 on-call rota.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified plumber with relevant commercial plumbing qualifications.

• Experienced in domestic plumbing, including work on domestic boiler systems.

• Strong background in commercial installation, maintenance and repair.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Able to work independently whilst also contributing effectively as part of a team.
