Commercial Property Manager

Property Manager. OUR CLIENT is a well-established, privately owned commercial property investment and development company who have been operating for over 60 years. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to work closely with the Senior Asset Manager and take full ownership for the day to day property management.

THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGER:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.
• Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance.
• Preparing and managing service charge budgets.
• Monitoring expenditure and vacant property business rates.
• Managing lease administration and supporting tenant fit-outs.
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations.
• Maintaining accurate property and compliance records.

THE PERSON REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGER:

• Proven experience managing a property portfolio independently.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with great attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service experience.
