An ambitious and growing law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding team in Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to develop their career, build strong client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.

The Commercial Property Solicitor's Role

• Advising clients across a broad range of commercial property matters
• Handling property acquisitions, disposals and investment transactions
• Acting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Advising on the granting and taking of leases
• Supporting property development and asset management matters
• Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice
• Building and developing strong client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to business development, networking and marketing activities
• Developing sector knowledge and contributing to the wider team

The Commercial Property Solicitor

• 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property
• Experience across general commercial property matters
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Commercially minded with a practical approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Thames Valley connections would be advantageous
