Location: Hybrid/Office based in FK12 5DQ
Salary: £28,000-£31,500 per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm (Flexibility as required)

We’re looking for a customer service focused individual looking to join our team as a Commercial Support Coordinator, Responsible for supporting wide range of commercial activities to drive business growth whilst ensuring delivery of customer requirements and products are achieved.

What you’ll be doing:
Your day-to-day will be varied coordinating the fulfilment of customer orders through accurate and timely sales order processing, liaison with other departments to ensure customers expectations and standards are achieved, and for expeditious despatch of sales orders, raw materials and equipment.
Manage customer transactions and provide support in a wide range of commercial activities to drive business growth
Key responsibilities include:
• Process customer orders from receipt through to shipping and invoicing using NetSuite ERP, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Coordinate orders, stock allocation and customer requirements to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, logistics providers, freight companies and internal departments across global operations.
• Book and manage export consignments with forwarders and couriers, resolving any issues that arise during transit.
• Support sales teams with product availability, freight costs, quotations and general administrative requirements.
• Maintain accurate order information to support effective planning.
• Handle customer enquiries, orders and shared inboxes, ensuring technical queries and complaints are directed appropriately.
• Participate in customer and departmental meetings and liaise with sister companies to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the implementation of positive change.
• Ensure all activities comply with company SOPs, quality standards, procedures and health & safety requirements.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience having worked in sales order processing, control and delivery role along with ability to manage customer needs.
Essential:
• Experience in an office administration role
• Regular/competent user of MS 365 (outlook, word, excel, adobe, teams)
• Purchase order transactions and invoicing experience
• Customer service focused
• Flexible
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach
