Lead the commissioning of a major residential development in West London.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commissioning Project Manager to join a major residential project in West London.

With a strong mechanical focus, this is a key appointment within the project team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of commissioning delivery and work alongside an established team across a high-profile development.

We are looking for someone who can bring technical leadership, commercial awareness and a strong delivery mindset to the project - someone who is confident managing complex interfaces and driving the project through to a successful handover.

The Opportunity

You will take the lead on commissioning activities across the development, working closely with the project management, MEP, design and construction teams.

You'll be responsible for driving the commissioning programme, coordinating specialist contractors, managing key interfaces and ensuring the project reaches handover with the required standards of quality and performance achieved.

The role will include:

• Leading the commissioning programme across the development.
• Working closely with MEP contractors and specialist commissioning teams.
• Managing key commissioning milestones and project interfaces.
• Monitoring progress and identifying potential risks to programme.
• Coordinating testing, commissioning and witnessing activities.
• Working with the wider project team to resolve technical and delivery issues.
• Ensuring commissioning documentation and handover requirements are completed to a high standard.
• Supporting the project through to successful completion and occupation.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced commissioning professional who is comfortable operating in a major construction environment and can take ownership of their area of responsibility.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a Commissioning Manager or Commissioning Project Manager position.
• A strong mechanical building services background.
• Experience working on major residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Proven experience managing contractors and specialist commissioning teams.
• Strong project coordination and programme management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• The confidence to challenge, influence and drive decisions where required.
• A proactive approach and a genuine focus on delivering a quality end product.

Residential experience, particularly within large-scale or high-end residential developments, would be highly advantageous.

The Package

£80,000 - £90,000 + Package
