What This Looks Like Day-to-Day

• Representing our brand out in the community, door to door across Glasgow
• Striking up genuine conversations and building trust quickly
• Explaining what we offer in a way that's clear, honest, and engaging
• Converting interest into results — sign-ups, leads, or sales depending on the campaign
• Organising your own patch and pacing your own day
• Reporting back on what's landing well with residents to help refine our approach

What You'll Bring

• Genuine people skills and a warm, approachable manner
• Confidence to introduce yourself to strangers and hold a conversation
• Resilience — a "no" doesn't put you off your stride
• Strong self-discipline to manage your own workload without close supervision
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• No experience necessary — we'll train you from scratch
