Day Webster are currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Community CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist 

to support the MAS service in Tunbridge Wells (Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust). 

Essential
  • Excellent knowledge in specialty
  • Excellent clinical skills using bio-psycho-social perspective and wide medical knowledge
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Able to manage clinical complexity and uncertainty
  • Makes decisions based on evidence and experience including the contribution of others
  • Able to meet duties under MHA and MCA
  • Mastery in the management of a broad range of mental disorders in children, including neurodevelopment disorders
  • Experience in managing patients from different cultural backgrounds. Working with interpreters and translators.

  • AC and Sec 12 essential 
  • GMC registration
