Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
Travel Time: £12.00 per hour paid travel time
Mileage: 45p per mile
Overtime Rate: £18.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 7:30am – 1:30pm and 4:00pm – 9:00pm

The Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you will support clients within their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
You will provide high-quality person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs while building trusted relationships with clients and their families.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming
- Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
- Supporting with medication in line with care plans
- Preparing meals and encouraging nutrition and hydration
- Undertaking light household duties, including cleaning and laundry
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community
- Encouraging independence and promoting choice
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Reporting changes in clients' wellbeing to the senior team
- Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals
About You
