This role is with a nationally recognised provider specialising in home-based treatments and personalised patient care. Their clinical teams work closely with NHS partners to deliver outstanding outcomes while giving nurses the autonomy to make a real difference in their local communities.
As a Community Nurse, you will:
• Deliver IV therapies, injections, and specialist treatments in patients' homes
• Manage a caseload of approximately 4–5 patients per day
• Educate and support patients and their families
• Work closely with NHS partners and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical records and high professional standards
About you:
• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Full UK driving licence
• Post-registration experience within an acute hospital setting
• Experience with IV therapies, IV devices, and subcutaneous injections
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work independently
