This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of Trust & Safety, Operations, Data Analytics, and Project Management, helping to improve user experiences while driving impactful operational improvements.
What You'll Be Doing✅ Investigate policy violations, abuse patterns, and emerging community risks
✅ Drive day-to-day integrity operations and support policy enforcement
✅ Conduct root cause analysis and identify operational improvement opportunities
✅ Analyze trends and operational metrics using dashboards, Excel, and data tools
✅ Manage escalations and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
✅ Support product launches, workflow configuration, and feature testing
✅ Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
✅ Improve quality, processes, and operational effectiveness across moderation workflows
What We're Looking ForRequired- 3-5 years' experience in Operations, Trust & Safety, or a related field
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- experience analysing operational data and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Content moderation or policy enforcement experience
- Quality Assurance (QA) testing experience
- Process improvement and systems optimisation expertise
- SQL knowledge
- experience within Gaming, VR, Creator, or Emerging Technology environments
