Location: Fully Remote (UK)

Salary: Excellent Package / Competitive Fee Share (Dependent on Experience)

Our client is a modern and highly regarded UK law firm that is continuing to expand its Commercial team. They are seeking an ambitious solicitor who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering pragmatic commercial advice to businesses ranging from SMEs to established organisations.

You will advise clients on a broad range of company commercial matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Shareholder agreements and partnership agreements
• Terms and conditions of business
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
• Corporate restructuring
• Company formation and governance matters
• General commercial advisory work

You will manage your own caseload while working closely with an experienced and supportive legal team.
