Portfolio HR & Reward are delighted to be representing a dynamic, global business that are seeking a Temporary Compensation Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis.
This role is due to last around 3 months, with view of extension and potential to go permanent.
The role is fully remote and offers a competitive day rate, dependant on experience.
Key duties of the role include:
- Consulting employees surrounding compensation policies and procedures
- Supporting with reporting incl. UK Gender Pay Gap, EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Supporting with the job architecture roll out
- Engaging in surveys across Europe
- Developing relationships with employees and key business leaders across the company
The right candidate will have previous multi-country experience, have experience using WTW/Mercer, and adopt a pro-active adaptable approach to the role.
