Complex Care Worker

We're looking for exceptional, compassionate individuals to join our specialist Complex Care Team across Hull and the surrounding areas. This is not your typical support worker role.

You'll provide life-enhancing support to both adults and children with complex healthcare needs, helping them live safely, independently and with dignity in the place they call home.

As part of our Complex Care Team, you will:

• • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• • Administer medication and prescribed treatments
• • Support individuals with complex clinical needs
• • Follow detailed care plans and risk assessments
• • Work alongside clinical teams and healthcare professionals
• • Build trusted relationships with individuals and their families

We're seeking caring professionals who want more than just a job.

You will have:

✔ At least 6 months' experience in home care and/or residential care

✔ A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals

✔ Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

✔ A commitment to delivering exceptional standards of care

✔ A willingness to learn and develop specialist clinical skills

Previous experience with PEGs, tracheostomies or home ventilation is desirable but not essential. If you have the right values and commitment, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
