Complex Case Technical Lead (Mechanical & Electrical)
📍 Hybrid | Waterloo, London (minimum 2 days per week)

We're looking for experienced M&E professionals to lead the resolution of complex building services, compliance and resident safety cases across Peabody's homes and communities.

You'll investigate high-risk issues, identify root causes, challenge technical solutions, and work with senior stakeholders to deliver lasting improvements and ensure compliance with building safety requirements, including Awaab's Law.

✅ Strong residential M&E knowledge
✅ Experience managing complex compliance or building safety cases
✅ Relevant engineering, building services or construction qualification
