Compliance / Customer Service Administrator
📍 Kingston upon Thames💷 £14-£18 per hour (depending on experience)⏰ Temporary Opportunity | Immediate Start AvailableHybrid - 1 to 2 days in office

Are you an organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy coordinating schedules, working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes?
We're recruiting for a candidate to join a busy and supportive healthcare organisation on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is immediately available and looking to utilise their administration, coordination and organisational skills in a rewarding role.
What you'll be doing:

• Managing and publishing staff rotas
• Coordinating shift bookings and resolving last-minute staffing issues
• Supporting onboarding and compliance processes
• Maintaining accurate personnel records and databases
• Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries
• Producing reports and providing updates to stakeholders
• Liaising with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professionals
• Supporting inductions and training administration

We're looking for:

• Previous administration, coordination, customer service or compliance experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to prioritise workloads and work proactively
• Confident IT and database skills
• Someone who enjoys building relationships and working as part of a team
