Academics is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Romford office. This is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience, or a recent graduate looking to start their career in a professional environment.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring the education professionals we place into schools are fully vetted and compliant.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing candidate compliance records
* Processing DBS applications and checks
* Requesting and chasing references
* Checking Right to Work and identity documentation
* Working closely with recruitment consultants
* Communicating with candidates, schools and other organisations by phone and email
* Working towards compliance targets and KPIs
* Ensuring records are accurate and up to date

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

* Experienced in administration, customer service or a similar office-based role - recent graduates are also welcome
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable managing high volumes of information
* Confident communicating by phone and email
* Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
* A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Comfortable working towards targets

Previous recruitment or compliance experience isn't essential. We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised and keen to learn.
