This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate learner, employer, and programme records across internal systems.
- Support compliance activities relating to apprenticeship and funded learning programmes.
- Audit documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage learner enrolment paperwork and evidence requirements.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure records are up to date.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Liaise with learners, employers, trainers, and internal departments regarding compliance requirements.
- Produce reports and provide administrative support to the wider team.
- Ensure all documentation is processed in line with funding and quality requirements.
- Previous experience in an administration or compliance-based role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and internal databases/CRM systems.
- A proactive and professional approach to work.
- Experience within apprenticeships, further education, training, or funded learning environments.
- Knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, or learner management systems.
- Understanding of ESFA-funded programmes and apprenticeship processes.
- Starting salary of £27,000.
