Join a Growing Training ProviderAn established and successful training provider based in Team Valley, Gateshead is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate learner, employer, and programme records across internal systems.

  • Support compliance activities relating to apprenticeship and funded learning programmes.

  • Audit documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Manage learner enrolment paperwork and evidence requirements.

  • Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure records are up to date.

  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

  • Liaise with learners, employers, trainers, and internal departments regarding compliance requirements.

  • Produce reports and provide administrative support to the wider team.

  • Ensure all documentation is processed in line with funding and quality requirements.

About YouWe are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in an administration or compliance-based role.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and internal databases/CRM systems.

  • A proactive and professional approach to work.

Desirable Experience
  • Experience within apprenticeships, further education, training, or funded learning environments.

  • Knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, or learner management systems.

  • Understanding of ESFA-funded programmes and apprenticeship processes.
