Location: Wexford, Ireland (Hybrid Working Available, with travel to Dublin once a month or so)
Salary: Up to €46,000 per annum

Are you passionate about compliance, audits, and information security? Do you have experience working with ISO standards and enjoy ensuring organisations remain audit-ready and compliant?

Datapac, part of the XMA Group, is looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join their growing team in Wexford. This is an exciting opportunity to support and develop compliance frameworks across multiple ISO standards while working within a well-established technology organisation and the rest of the group.

The Role

As Compliance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving the company's Integrated Management System (IMS), supporting compliance activities across:

• ISO 27001 (Information Security Management)
• ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
• ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
• ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)

You'll coordinate audits, manage documentation and compliance registers, support risk management activities, and ensure the business remains audit-ready at all times.

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Strong experience with ISO 27001 (essential)
• Hands-on exposure to internal and/or external audits, including preparing evidence and supporting audit processes
• Experience working within structured compliance, governance, or quality environments
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and organisational skills

We would also welcome applications from individuals with a Quality Assurance (QA) background. If you've worked with ISO standards and have transferable skills around audits, documentation control, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
