Compliance Engineer - CE & UKCA

We build the moment before the bass drops and the two seconds after a room stops sounding like a room. None of that happens without the paperwork that says it's safe, legal, and allowed to leave the building.

We're looking for a Compliance Engineer to own the technical files behind everything we make - the quiet, exacting work that sits underneath every product that ships.

The role will focus on completing and updating technical files for CE and UKCA compliance across the company’s product range.

You’ll work from templates being produced by an external compliance partner, using these to complete files for the remaining products. You’ll also liaise with the external partner where needed and work with internal teams to gather technical information.

Key Requirements

• Experience in a product compliance, regulatory affairs or certification engineering role, ideally within electronics or consumer/professional hardware
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety (LVD), EMC and RF regulations, and CE/UKCA marking processes
• Familiarity with RoHS, REACH and WEEE requirements, and experience preparing technical construction files and declarations of conformity
• Comfortable reading schematics and test reports, not just filing them
• Meticulous, organised, and unbothered by detail - this role rewards people who notice what others miss
• Clear written English; you'll be the one explaining compliance to people who don't want to think about compliance
