Compliance Manager 6-Month FTC
Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd
Changes across industry standards are creating new priorities for manufacturers operating in highly regulated environments. For experienced compliance professionals, that creates an interesting challenge: interpreting what has changed, establishing what needs to happen and turning complex requirements into a structured programme of activity.
Consortium Professional Recruitment are recruiting a Compliance Manager for a six-month fixed term assignment with an established UK organisation. This is a delivery-focused position with a clear objective: bring structure and momentum to an important programme of certification and compliance activity, while putting the foundations in place for the organisation to remain ahead of future change.
The Opportunity:
As Compliance Manager, you’ll be brought in for your ability to assess, prioritise and deliver.
Your six-month programme will involve:
- Translating changing industry standards into a clear programme of technical and certification activity.
- Establishing priorities across existing requirements, upcoming changes and planned certification work.
- Driving individual workstreams through to completion, coordinating internal specialists and external technical partners where required.
- Reviewing supporting technical documentation and evidence to ensure activity is controlled, visible and appropriately documented.
- Creating a forward-looking compliance roadmap that gives the organisation greater visibility of future requirements.
Deliver today. Strengthen tomorrow.
There is an immediate programme to deliver, but the value of this assignment goes beyond completing individual actions.
Industry requirements continue to develop, and the organisation wants to strengthen how it anticipates and responds to that change.
You’ll therefore have the opportunity to improve visibility, establish clearer priorities and create a more planned approach to certification and compliance activity.
By the end of the six months, success will mean important workstreams have progressed, priorities are clearly understood and the organisation has a stronger framework for managing future standards-led change.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who can bring:
- Strong experience within technical compliance, certification, quality or regulatory environments.
- Experience managing complex certification or standards-led programmes within manufacturing or another technically regulated sector.
- The ability to interpret changing requirements and determine their practical impact on products, processes and documentation.
- Strong project management skills, with evidence of progressing multiple technical workstreams against defined priorities.
- Confidence working with external certification, testing, auditing or technical organisations.
You’ll combine technical credibility with pragmatism, strong organisation and the ability to bring people together around a clear delivery plan.
This Compliance Manager assignment could particularly appeal to an experienced contractor, consultant or permanent professional attracted by a defined technical challenge and the opportunity to deliver measurable results within six months.
The Benefits and Package:
In return, you’ll enjoy:
- Salary of £50,000 to £60,000
- Six-month fixed term contract
