I'm partnering with a growing beverage manufacturer to appoint a Compliance & Food Safety Manager. This is a pivotal role leading site-wide compliance, food safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

🚀 The Opportunity

• Lead and own BRCGS standards, which currently sit at AA grade.
• Drive a strong food safety culture and continuous improvement, engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee the site H&S, audits, and regulatory compliance in a fast-scaling environment.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure best-in-class standards across operations.

✅ What You'll Bring

• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing compliance or technical roles
• Strong BRCGS knowledge (audit leadership preferred)
• Solid grasp of UK food safety legislation & risk systems
• Confident communicator with a hands-on, proactive approach
