The role involves monitoring essential servicing, inspections and follow‑up actions across key areas including gas, electrical safety, fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene and legionella, lifts, and damp and mould. You will ensure that all activity is progressed on time, records are accurate, and any risks or delays are escalated appropriately.

The role also includes preparing compliance reports, dashboards, KPI updates and exception summaries for management and governance forums, as well as supporting internal and external audit activity and maintaining action plans arising from inspections, audits and contractor meetings.
To succeed, you will bring CIH Level 3 or equivalent experience in property management or maintenance, along with experience in compliance, property, asset management, health and safety or regulated services. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence analysing compliance data are essential. You must be able to communicate professionally with customers, contractors and colleagues and be competent using Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn housing and compliance systems. Experience in social housing or landlord compliance, along with a relevant qualification in housing, property, compliance or health and safety, would be advantageous.
