Compliance Property Manager | Edinburgh
We're looking for a highly organised Compliance Property Manager to oversee compliance across a residential property portfolio, ensuring all properties meet Scottish legislative and safety requirements.
The Role
- Manage property compliance across a residential portfolio
- Coordinate inspections, certifications, and remedial works
- Monitor key requirements including gas safety, EICRs, HMO licensing, fire safety, and alarms
- Maintain accurate records and compliance reporting
- Work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and Property Managers
- Proactively identify risks and ensure deadlines are met
About You
- Experience in property management, compliance, or a similar administrative role
- Strong knowledge of Scottish property legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proficient with property management systems such as SME and Fixflo
- Full UK driving licence required
Desirable
- Residential lettings or property management experience
- HMO compliance knowledge
- ARLA Propertymark and/or Letwell qualification
