Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the completion of Environmental Hygiene Cleaning Contracts to meet customer satisfaction and industry standards.
- Coordinate operational teams in:
- Fire Damper Testing
- Kitchen Extract Fire Safety Cleaning
- Liaise with customers to agree on work priorities and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations on-site and at the depot, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Supervise the Compliance Operatives to deliver high-quality results, adhering to training and skills acquired.
- Manage equipment conditions, ensuring proper maintenance and reporting any issues as necessary.
- Represent the company professionally on-site and promote a positive image.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Attendance: 100% attendance is expected for all jobs.
- Safety: Adherence to risk assessments with zero RIDDOR incidents.
- Efficiency: No aborted calls unless beyond your control.
- Vehicle Safety: Maintain a clean driving record with no vehicle accidents.
What We're Looking For:

- Excellent team supervision skills with the ability to motivate and encourage colleagues.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure sites are left safe, clean, and secure.
- Strong communication skills to identify and address concerns clearly on-site.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
Training and Development:
- On-the-job training provided, both internal and external.
- Health and Safety training as required.
- Opportunities for specialised training, such as BESA Grease Hygiene Technician Training.
Quality & Environmental Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company processes for delivering top-notch service.
- Familiarise and comply with the company's Environmental Policy.
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow the Health and Safety Policy to ensure a safe working environment.
