You will complete property inspections in alignment with the big 6, throughout social housing properties. This is the perfect opportunity to step into a new challenge if you already have demonstratable experience in compliance.
I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Compliance Surveyor, or someone with compliance experience, HNC/HND qualifications, and a strong social housing background.
As a Compliance Surveyor, you will be:
- Conducting property inspections across domestic residential properties, identifying maintenance issues and assessing property condition
- Carrying out compliance surveys to ensure properties met relevant safety, regulatory, and housing standards
- Raising and submitting detailed work orders for repairs, maintenance, and remedial works, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
- Liaising regularly with contractors and suppliers, ensuring effective contract management and administration

- Knowledge of big 6 standards
- Relevant qualifications to support their technical expertise

Location & travel:
This role covers vistiting sites for surveys within the East Midlands area, with offices located in Leicester and Derby.
