As the Compliance Technical Surveyor, you will be:
  • Working on fire and legionella risk assessments
  • Overseeing the performance of the contractors
  • Covering the big 6 in property compliance 
 
Compliance Technical Surveyor qualifications / experience:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in social housing 
  • NEBOSH fire or general/IOSH 
  • HNC/HND
  • Knowledge of big 6 in property compliance
 
As the Compliance Technical Surveyor, you will receive:
  • 6 month fixed term contract 
  • £55,105 annually
  • Mileage covered
  • £7k car allowance
