Shorterm Group is supporting a leading Formula 1 team with a significant recruitment campaign for an exciting new vehicle build programme.
We are looking to speak with experienced motorsport, Formula 1, aerospace and high-performance automotive professionals for the following positions:
August / September Start Dates:
🔹 Composite Laminators x13
🔹 Composite Fitters x7
🔹 Machinist x1
🔹 Patternmaker x1
Mid-October Start Dates:
🔹 Composite Laminators x25
The successful candidates will have experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, precision and attention to detail are critical.
Ideal experience includes:
✅ Formula 1
✅ Motorsport
✅ Aerospace
✅ Automotive
✅ Composite Manufacturing
Key Skills:
* Composite laminating and tooling
* Trimming and fitting of composite components
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Working to tight tolerances and quality standards
* Experience within high-performance manufacturing environments
