About the Compound Driver Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Compound Driver to join our team in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining driving duties with general yard support in a busy and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Compound Driver
- Driving company vehicles to transport materials, parts, and equipment between various sites.
- Carrying out local collections and deliveries as required.
- Assisting with the safe loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Supporting day-to-day operations within the yard.
- Conducting basic vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- General compound driver duties
