About the Role

Are you a technical problem-solver who loves digging into databases, configuring smart software systems, and helping customers succeed?

At Unity5, we build industry-leading SaaS solutions that power modern parking compliance and management (including our market-leading platform, Zatpark). We are looking for a Configuration Specialist to join our Implementation Team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll work alongside Implementation Consultants to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery. You will build out, test, and deploy tailored Unity5 environments using back-end controls, front-end options, and custom SQL scripts—ensuring every new customer gets off to a seamless start.

Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role but if you are a graduate or have abundant experience doing this in your spare time then still get in touch.

Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Build and configure test and live environments using manual tools and SQL scripts based on requirements captured by Implementation Consultants.
• Quality Assurance: Rigorously test and approve system builds prior to releasing features and updates to clients.
• Go-Live & Hypercare Support: Support customers through go-live, floorwalking, initial user queries, adoption reviews, and post-launch troubleshooting.
• Technical Problem Solving: Identify, reproduce, and resolve technical issues during setup and early adoption phases.
• Process Improvement: Maintain implementation documentation, toolkit guides, and best-practice setup workflows to continuously speed up deployment times.

• Technical Aptitude: Strong knowledge of SQL and database structures.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, inquisitive attitude with a drive to take ownership of complex issues until resolved.
• Customer Obsession: Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and multitask across multiple project workflows.

Desirable:

• Experience working within project delivery teams or alongside Project Managers.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, or data migration tasks.
• Knowledge of or background in the parking compliance, enforcement, or mobility sectors.
