This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team where you'll play a key role in supporting customers through their journey, building strong relationships, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing updates and guidance throughout the connections process.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Managing customer information accurately using internal systems.
• Resolving queries and escalating issues where required.
• Delivering a high standard of customer service on every interaction.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for helping customers.
