Build Administrator

I'm currently recruiting for a Build Administrator to join a well-established housebuilder, supporting the Construction Director and wider site teams. This is a varied role within a busy construction environment, ideal for someone highly organised with excellent administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Construction Director and site teams.
• Assist with the set-up of new developments.
• Maintain construction, H&S, HR and environmental documentation.
• Produce reports using COINS to monitor site progress.
• Manage the Construction Training Matrix and arrange compliance training.
• Assist with preparing presentations for new developments.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using COINS software.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive approach with the ability to prioritise workload.
