Working alongside an experienced Project Director leading the client and stakeholder relationships, your focus will be driving production, removing barriers, and leading the teams that make the project happen.

You'll understand the realities of complex construction.

Critical path, sequencing, logistics, interfaces, productivity and risk are second nature. You know how to keep momentum on site and have the experience to recover programs when challenges arise.

We're looking for someone who has delivered £100M+ building projects for a recognized Main Contractor and understands the pace, coordination and technical demands of industrial, technology or highly serviced construction projects.

This role demands decisive leadership, emotional intelligence and the ability to build high-performing teams while maintaining accountability throughout the supply chain.

• Proven delivery of £100M+ projects for a Main Contractor
• Strong production leadership with a hands-on approach
• Experience managing multiple workfaces, interfaces and complex sequencing
• Able to make confident decisions that protect program, quality, commercial outcomes and safety
• Excellent relationship builder with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
• Comfortable developing recovery strategies and finding practical solutions under pressure

The Package

• Basic salary: £150,000–£175,000
• Fully expensed weekday accommodation
• 10% Car Allowance plus business fuel
• Performance Bonus: 20–25% of annual salary
