  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high volumes of drawings, revisions and submissions
  • Understanding of Building Safety Act / Golden Thread principles (advantageous)
  • Confident communicator able to work across multiple project teams

What's In It For You:

  • £40,000-£50,000 salary depending on experience
  • Opportunity to shape a group‑wide information management function
  • Work across multiple high‑profile reclad and housing schemes
  • Become a key part of Building Safety Act compliance and Golden Thread delivery
  • Clear progression as the group expands its technical and compliance capability
  • A role where preventing one major coordination error can save the business millions
