Construction Manager

We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a high-end office fit-out project based in London Wall.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive manager with a strong background in commercial fit-out projects who can hit the ground running.

Project Details:

• 📍 Location: London Wall, London
• 📅 Start: Tomorrow
• ⏳ Duration: 4 weeks
• 🕖 Working Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
• Monitoring quality and compliance with health & safety regulations
• Liaising with the client, site team, and project stakeholders
• Maintaining site documentation and reporting progress

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on office/commercial fit-out projects
• Level 6 NVQ in Construction Site Management (or equivalent)
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certificates
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to start immediately
• Reliable and committed for the full 4-week project
