Working in a client-side capacity, you will provide construction expertise and oversight across the programme, ensuring construction strategy and delivery are technically robust, safe and aligned with project requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing construction leadership and technical authority across the programme.
- Leading and contributing to constructability reviews.
- Reviewing construction methodologies, sequencing and execution strategies.
- Identifying construction risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.

- Working closely with engineering, project management, EHS, commissioning and operational stakeholders.
- Supporting successful completion, commissioning and handover.
About You
I'm looking for someone with significant construction leadership experience gained on large, technically complex capital projects.
You are likely to have:
- Strong experience in a senior construction, engineering or technical authority position.
- Experience working client-side, for a consultancy, EPCM organisation or major contractor.
- A strong understanding of constructability, construction methodology and delivery strategy.
- Excellent knowledge of construction EHS and risk management.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, industrial, process or similarly regulated environments.
- Experience delivering construction works within live operational facilities would be highly advantageous.
- Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence to challenge constructively and provide clear technical direction.
- Professional fluency in French and English.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a major European capital programme during a key stage of construction, working client-side on a technically challenging and high-profile development.
You'll have genuine influence over construction strategy and delivery while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary project team.
