We have 2 brand-new roles for a Mechanical Construction Managers to join our team on some prestigious projects across London and Berkshire.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager or Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, leading high-performing site teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Mechanical Construction Manager at Dalkia, you will:

  • Lead the safe delivery of large-scale MEP construction projects from installation through to completion.
  • Provide visible and proactive health & safety leadership on site.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, principal contractors and supply chain partners.
  • Ensure quality, inspection, testing and verification activities are effectively managed.
  • Provide technical leadership across mechanical building services installations.
  • Drive programme performance and coordinate construction methodologies and logistics strategies.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to manage risks, control costs and maximise project outcomes.
  • Lead, coach and develop site management teams, supervisors and supply chain partners.
  • Champion Dalkia values, sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement across projects.

What We're Looking For;

We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction professional. You'll be a confident leader with the ability to influence and motivate teams at all levels. You'll combine strong technical knowledge of electrical systems with excellent stakeholder management, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills. Most importantly, you'll have a passion for safety, quality and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Essential Qualifications & Experience are as follows;

  • HNC/HND, Degree or recognised apprenticeship plus experience in Building Services as well as or Mechanical Engineering.
  • SMSTS qualification.
  • CSCS Manager Card.
  • First Aid at Work.
  • IOSH Managing Safely (minimum).
  • Relevant Mechanical technical qualifications.
  • Proven experience delivering major MEP projects.
