Project:

£35M commercial cut & carve

Major M&E upgrades, façade and window works, CAT A fit-out, reception and common-area refurbishment, and full coordination of specialist subcontract packages through to completion and handover.

Role:

Construction Manager

Salary:

Up to £85,000 basic salary + Competitive benefits package (Salary is DOE)

Roles & Responsibilities of a Construction Manager:

• Manage the day-to-day site delivery of fit out, refurbishment and cut & carve projects, ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and specialist trades to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Manage short-term programmes, sequencing and logistics, proactively resolving site issues and delays.
• Oversee RAMS, health & safety, quality control and site compliance throughout the project.
• Work closely with Project Managers, consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and design issues.
• Lead and support Site Managers and delivery teams, ensuring strong communication, accountability and project performance.
