Assistant Construction Manager / Construction Manager
Hotel Fit-Out Project | Excellent Day Rate | Immediate Start
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Construction Manager / Construction Manager to join a main contractor delivering a high-quality hotel fit-out project based in the West End.
With 12 weeks remaining until handover, this role requires a hands-on individual who can take ownership of site activities, drive subcontractors, and ensure multiple floors are completed to programme and the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Driving progress across several floors to completion
- Monitoring quality, health & safety, and programme
- Reporting into the Project Manager and wider site team
- Assisting with snagging, commissioning and handover activities
Requirements
- Previous experience working on hotel, fit-out, refurbishment or commercial projects
- Experience for a main contractor
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to push works through to completion and meet deadlines
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
