Your new role
- Review and ensure all work orders with the correct problem code, site location, contact details and a detailed description of works required, problem and any access issues.Raising of reactive work orders for Engineers
Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers - Allocate all work orders.
- Monitoring of inboxes as and when required
- Communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally, for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience of working in a construction admin role
- Scheduling experience
- Experience of raising work orders
- Excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook.
- Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
What you'll get in return
- £13.80 per hour
- 2 month temporary role with possible extension
- Office-based - no hybrid or home working
- 8am-5pm
- Starting ASAP
