Must have’s
- Experience within commercial insurance
- Knowledge of core insurance products including liability, property and cyber
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to review client requirements and recommend suitable cover
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Confident communication skills
Nice to have’s
- CII qualifications or working towards them
- Experience using Acturis
- Familiarity with CRM systems
So, what will you be doing?
- Supporting clients with their insurance requirements from enquiry through to renewal
- Reviewing existing insurance arrangements and identifying areas for improvement
- Working with insurers to obtain suitable terms and cover
- Providing advice and guidance on insurance products
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Assisting with policy administration and documentation
- Working closely with colleagues across the business
