Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 per annum + Incentives
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week, fully flexible

We are looking for an inspirational Store Manager to lead a flagship retail operation within one of London's most prestigious retail environments. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile store, driving commercial performance while creating an exceptional customer and employee experience.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading a management team and a team of employees. You will inspire success through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team

Driving sales performance and delivering against store KPIs

Managing scheduling, resource planning, and operational processes

Communicating business objectives and strategic initiatives clearly across the team

Identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow the business

Leading weekly management meetings and reviewing commercial results

Supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and people development

Creating an inclusive, positive, and high-performing team culture

About You

We're looking for someone who can combine commercial awareness with outstanding people leadership.

You'll ideally have:

Proven experience managing a retail store or flagship retail environment

Strong leadership and team development skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience working with KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics

Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced and changing environment

Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills

A passion for delivering premium customer experiences

The ability to motivate, inspire, and develop diverse teams
