Consumer Insight Specialist

As a Consumer Insight Specialist, you'll be at the heart of understanding customer behaviours and preferences and then collating this insight into a story to deliver to the marketing and sales teams. Based in Hampshire, 3 days per week with 2 days at home; this is a key role in supporting the marketing team by providing valuable insights that help shape strategies and drive decisions.

Description

The successful Consumer Insight Specialist will;

• Analyse customer data to uncover trends, behaviours and preferences. You will then develop this insight into stories to present to the wider team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to inform campaign strategies and objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide context and recommendations.
• Work closely with agencies to ensure alignment in research and data-gathering efforts; commissioning consumer research.
• Support the development of customer segmentation models.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain comprehensive records of findings.

Profile

A successful Consumer Insight Specialist should have:

• Experience in data analysis and interpreting consumer behaviour. Excellence in storytelling and bringing data to life.
• Strong knowledge of tools and software for data analysis and visualisation.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• A proactive approach to identifying trends and providing strategic insights.
