Contact Centre Operator

We are currently seeking a customer service/contact centre operator for a role based in the central Stockport area. This role is telephone/inbound call focused, in addition to administration, email and data entry duties.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start available. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 0830 - 1730.

It is an ongoing, full-time role with the possibility of permanency.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling customer queries by telephone as well as emails and portals.
  • Data entry and updating the work log.
  • Managing bookings and responding to email queries.
  • All other administrational tasks as required.

Candidate Specification

  • Confident, clear telephone manner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent data entry and computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Confidence to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a customer facing role (such as within retail, hospitality or similar where you have provided customer-support) is a strong advantage. Full, ongoing training and support is provided.
