Salary: £31,200 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Office-based, with occasional customer site visits

About the role

SBW Group supplies and installs high-quality uPVC and aluminium windows and doors. We are looking for a creative, organised and dependable person to support our marketing, customer enquiries and general office operations.

This varied role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating content but is also comfortable communicating with customers and completing administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish photographs, videos, reels and graphics.
• Manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Photograph and film installations, products and completed projects.
• Plan and schedule social media posts.
• Update the company WordPress website and project portfolio.
• Support Meta Ads, Google Ads and promotional campaigns.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, website and social media.
• Record customer requirements and forward qualified enquiries to the sales team.
• Update customer records, calendars, warranties and company documents.
• Assist with supplies, filing and general office administration.

Skills and experience

• Experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
• Good photography and video-editing skills.
• Experience with Canva and CapCut, Filmora, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Basic WordPress knowledge and an understanding of digital advertising.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• A full UK driving licence would be beneficial.
