Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Continuous Improvement Coordinator | FMCG

We’re looking for a proactive Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site and support improvement projects across operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with CI or manufacturing experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and driving positive change on site.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support continuous improvement activities across the site
• Help identify ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and improve processes
• Work with teams to deliver improvement projects
• Track performance data and highlight improvement opportunities
• Promote CI tools and best practice across departments
• Support training and engagement activities on site

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, manufacturing, or operations
• FMCG or fast-paced production environment experience preferred
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with teams
• Positive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
